I’m a real estate agent in the San Diego area. For the past 10 years I’ve been doing what I do best: helping people buy places. And that’s what I’ve done. In the past few years I’ve learned what a little bit of self-awareness really can do for you. I’ve learned to know myself better than I’ve ever known myself before.
I’m not so sure I’m the only one who has learned this, but a lot of people who are in real estate seem to be more aware of their own insecurities and biases than others. For example, people who are “too high” or “too low” on their income seem to have a tendency to get into the bad habits of not being aware of how they are feeling.
In real estate, as in most other places, knowing yourself better than you know yourself is called “self-awareness.” People who are aware of their own insecurities and biases tend to take care of these insecurities by taking care of themselves. When we take care of ourselves, we don’t have to take care of anyone else.
The other side of this can be called self-love. Self-love is the feeling you get when you notice a certain quality in yourself. Of course, this quality is something you can fix, and you will eventually fix it. But if you constantly feel this way, you are bound to get stuck in bad habits. You may have the same habits as the person above. In that case, you could be an addict, which is a mental illness.
This is why you will find it difficult to get rid of the bad habits. You might have the same bad habits as someone else. But if you continually feel this way, you will not be able to break them.
It’s not difficult to find this type of feeling. It’s like having a sense of humor or a good book. We can look at this when we feel like we’re going to pass out. Or we can spend a couple hundred dollars on a new book to write. Either way, this feeling will continue to affect us for decades to come.
We can look at this when we are stressed out about something, be it work, or money. In either case, we will be unable to break this bad habit. This type of mental stress can be triggered by certain things, like seeing a movie that makes you laugh, a good book, or a beautiful woman. If we keep this in mind, we will be able to break this bad habit.
We won’t even have to do anything to feel that we’re stressed. It will be as if we woke up, and we’re not sure how we got there, but we found our way to the same place we sleep each day. We won’t even notice we’re stressed but we will probably have a headache.
It’s important to consider not just the stressful situations, but the type of stressful situations. Do you have a daily routine or if you work on a daily basis, are you trying to achieve something or not? If you don’t always have a daily routine, then you might be constantly stressed out, no matter what that routine may be. Maybe you just have a habit of going to the gym or doing yoga once in a while.
